Greycoat Academy provides a variety of training opportunities for those already in private service, or those looking for Butler training or Housekeeper training as a means of entering private service.

Our training programmes are suitable for a variety of people; Students, who wish to enter private service; Butlers and Housekeepers who are looking to validate their skills at the highest level; plus Employers wishing to upgrade their employee's skills. We offer two levels of courses, the Certificate and the Diploma as well as One and Half Day Courses  . We also have a successful online training programme to provide flexibility to those unable to make our course dates.

NEW for 2008 -

We are pleased to announce dates for Basic & Advanced Management Courses. It will be possible to attend either one or both of the one day courses, which are designed for employers as well as senior household staff.

Also new for 2008 are the Courses for Nannies. These courses are designed for those who have worked with children and have little or no experience working in private households, or nannies who wish to polish their existing skills.

Our team of highly experienced tutors are also able to undertake personal visits to private households to provide bespoke training.
